How to Pay an Invoice

If you have an outstanding invoice, you can pay it quickly through the Krystal client area. This guide walks you through finding your invoice and completing payment by card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

If you have a card saved to your account, you do not need to do any of this - the invoice is charged automatically on its due date. The steps below are for paying manually, or for paying early.

Paying your invoice

  1. Log in at Krystal Identity, then head to the client area.
  2. Click My Invoices (or go directly to your invoices page).
  3. Find the invoice you'd like to pay and click View.
  4. In the Make Payment section, choose your payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • PayPal
    • Bank Transfer
  5. To complete your payment:
    • For card payments, click Pay Now.
    • For PayPal, click Complete Purchase With PayPal and follow the prompts.
    • For bank transfer, you'll be shown the bank details to use. Make sure to include your invoice number as the payment reference.

Can't log in?

If you've lost access to your two-factor authentication method, follow our guide on how to remove 2FA if you can't access your account.

For any other login issues, give our support team a call on 020 8050 1337 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, excluding bank holidays) or email support@krystal.io.

Things to note

  • Payments cannot be made over the phone or via email links. You'll need to log in to the client area to pay.
  • If your saved card details are out of date, you can update your payment card details before paying.
  • Bank transfers may take a few working days to be processed and applied to your account.
  • If an invoice goes unpaid for long enough the service it covers is suspended. If that has already happened, my account's been suspended explains what to do next - paying the invoice is the first step, but the service does not always come back on by itself.
