How to Check if Your Domain or Hosting Service is Due for Renewal

If you've received an email about a renewal or payment and you're not sure whether it's genuine, you can quickly check your actual renewal dates and any outstanding invoices in the Krystal client area. This is the easiest way to confirm whether you really have anything due.

Checking your hosting service renewal dates

  1. Log in at Krystal Identity, then head to the client area.
  2. Click My Services (or go directly to your services page).
  3. You'll see a list of your hosting services with a Next Due column showing when each one is next due for renewal.

Checking your domain renewal dates

  1. From the client area, click My Domains (or go directly to your domains page).
  2. You'll see a list of your domains with a Next Due column showing each domain's renewal date.
  3. The Auto Renew column shows whether automatic renewal is enabled for each domain.

Checking for unpaid invoices

  1. From the client area, click My Invoices (or go directly to your invoices page).
  2. Any outstanding invoices will be listed here. If there are none, you have nothing to pay.
  3. If you do need to pay an invoice, see our guide on how to pay an invoice.

Things to note

  • If auto-renewal is enabled and your saved payment card is up to date, renewals will be processed automatically and you won't need to do anything manually.
  • If you receive an email claiming a payment is overdue or a service is about to expire, always check your client area first before clicking any links in the email.
  • For tips on recognising fake emails, see our guide on how to spot and report phishing emails pretending to be from Krystal.
  • If something doesn't look right or you're unsure about an email you've received, get in touch at support@krystal.io or call 020 8050 1337 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, excluding bank holidays).
