How Do I Change My Billing Frequency?
If you'd like to switch the billing frequency on your web hosting service - for example, moving from monthly to annual billing or vice versa - you'll need to raise a ticket with our support team and we'll get it sorted for you.
How to request a change
- Log in to your Krystal client area.
- Navigate to Support > Open a Ticket.
- Select the Tech Support department.
- In your ticket, let us know which hosting service you'd like to change and what billing frequency you'd prefer to move to.
- Submit the ticket and we'll take it from there.
Things to keep in mind
Our available billing cycles for shared and reseller hosting are monthly, annually, and biennially. Longer billing cycles come with a lower effective monthly cost, so switching to a longer cycle can save you money over time.
Please note: VPS services are available on a monthly billing cycle only, so billing frequency changes aren't applicable for VPS products.
