Can Krystal design or modify my website for me?
This article explains whether we offer website design or modification services, and points you to the tools we provide so you can build and edit your site yourself.
Do we design websites?
In short, no.
There are two reasons for this:
First and foremost, we're a web hosting company, so our focus is on delivering high quality, secure and reliable services for you to host your website on. Our team is highly proficient in server management, so we don't get involved in designing websites for our customers. It's just not what we do best.
Secondly, the vast majority of our customers are web designers, or already have their own web designer, so we don't want to compete with them.
But I just need a small change to one of my pages
Unfortunately, we're not able to make changes to your website content on your behalf. You're responsible for managing your own website, and if you need help with design or development work, we'd recommend getting in touch with a local web developer.
How can I edit my website myself?
We provide several tools to make it easier for you to build and edit your own website, depending on the hosting service you have:

- Website Builder - an automated drag-and-drop builder available in cPanel, ideal if you want to create a simple site without needing to code.
- Softaculous - a one-click web application installer built into every cPanel account. You can use it to install WordPress and hundreds of other applications in just a few clicks. See our guide on how to install WordPress using Softaculous.
Things to note
- The AI Website Builder is only available on Onyx Managed WordPress plans. It's not included with our standard shared hosting (Amethyst, Ruby), Reseller, or Business plans.
- Website Builder and Softaculous are available on all cPanel-based hosting plans.
